ABOUT
Welcome to Witney Hockey Club! A local club playing at National League level.
Based in Witney, Oxfordshire, Witney Hockey Club has over 375 members with nine adult teams and a successful Junior Development Programme. We play top-quality hockey with a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere, during and after matches.
OUR TEAMS
We have nine adult teams; five Ladies' and four Men's. We pride ourselves on being inclusive and it's important to us to provide sport in a safe space for all. In the last three years we have added a fourth and fifth Ladies' teams and a fourth Men's team.
Our growing club has not only expanded in members but in community, with homegrown spectators at an all time high. Our 1XI Ladies play in the third tier of England Hockey, National League Conference West, and our 1XI Men play in South Central Premier 2, both teams providing excellent hockey watching and adding to our weekend community.

Whether you're new to the game or a seasoned player, Witney Hockey Club can offer hockey from a National League standard to a beginner's level and everything in between. With qualified coaches for all, you can progress your hobby into a way of getting fit, meeting new people and having fun.
OUR JUNIORS
The club is extremely proud of its Junior Development Programme. The junior section is a key part of Witney Hockey Club and we run a comprehensive development programme for boys and girls aged 5 to 18, with a number of players involved in the Oxfordshire County and Southern Development teams.
Our Juniors are trained by qualified coaches and supported by adult members of the club, with tournaments and matches played throughout the season.
OUR CLUB
Beyond hockey, the club has a varied social calendar with events held throughout the year, and strong support on the sideline of matches home and away. The club has a strong community feel and is truly welcoming of any prospective players. We urge you to get in contact and come along to a training session!
