Players will be invited to the Junior Academy based on their performance at junior training. This will be determined by the coaches and will be reviewed after the first block of sessions.

Traits considered for selection include:

• Strong playing ability, in line with the Academy's aims

• Excellent attitude to learning 

• Performance improvement 

• Respect for the coach and players 

  Sportsmanship towards other players

  Support and encouragement of other players

Juniors will need to attend the weekly regular training sessions to allow our coaches to assess them. We will then be able to make a judgement on players' suitability for the Witney Junior Academy.
