MEMBERSHIP
All members of Witney Hockey Club are required to complete this registration form and pay membership fees. All details will be kept in a secure database with access restricted to authorised officers only.
Players are ineligible for league hockey until registration and payment is received.
COSTS
Existing Adult Member: £180.00
Early Bird: £150 if payment is received on or before 1st September 2023. Members can choose to split payment across July and August if the first payment is made by 31st July. Please choose the relevant option when filling out the form.
New Adult Member: £100.00
There is no membership deadline for new adult members. Please speak with a club captain to confirm you are eligible. If you are unsure, please use the contact form.
Post-Christmas Adult Member: £90.00
Please use the contact form if you have not yet joined the club.
For multiple family member discounts please use the general contact form and select 'Treasurer' under 'Type of Enquiry'.
